The implants

Cortina d’Ampezzo boasts a long worldwide skiing tradition.
This is where the 1956 Winter Olympic Games took place. In 2026 Cortina will host them again, in collaboration with Milan.

Located within the evocative setting of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage, Cortina is part of the Dolomiti Superski circuit, one of the most important and largest ski areas in the world, which extends between Trentino, Bellunese and Alto Adige, which gives the possibility to use a single ski pass.

Cortina d’Ampezzo can boast as many as 80 downhill slopes, located between the Cinque Torri, Cortina Cube and Tofana areas.
There are also about 60 km of cross-country trails, which are mostly found on the cycle path of the Dolomites and in the localities of Fiames.

The slopes can be reached using the 34 ski lifts, consisting of ten ski lifts, twenty chairlifts and four cable cars.
For snowboard lovers we recommend the Snowpark located in the Tofana area, about 500 meters long and accessible to both more experienced snowboarders and beginners.
